    Online Advertising Operations Coordinator/Trafficker

    This position involves coordinating, trafficking and optimizing online advertising campaigns running on www.cafemom.com, www.babynamewizard.com and www.mamaslatinas.com.

      Responsibilities:
      • Traffic ads using DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP), Dart Sales Manager (DSM), DoubleClick Studio and MediaMath
      • Implement (load and QA) advertising creative
      • Communicate with internal Sales, Client Solutions and Account Management teams

        Responsibilities:

        Sr. Product Manager

        The Sr. Product Manager will assist in leading the development of products geared toward improving our current properties, along with working on new properties and extensions. We're looking for a forward-thinking person who has a strong knowledge of mobile and emerging web technologies and who uses data to inform product decisions. The ideal candidate would have experience with online communities and social platforms, would be extremely comfortable with various testing methods and employing data interpretation from a product development perspective. We're looking for someone who is happy to dig in and get their hands dirty working on every phase of the product development cycle. Candidates must have experience working on consumer-facing websites.

          Responsibilities:
          • Lead the development of new features, including defining the concept and user experience, creating specifications, and working collaboratively with design and development for launch and post-launch maintenance
          • Work with data scientist on feature testing
          • Interpret data and make product decisions accordingly
          • Integrate usability studies, member research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure that products satisfy member needs

                Digital Photo & Video Editor

You should have experience with various forms of media including but not limited to, video, still photography production & editing, design, and graphic arts. You may not be an expert in every area, but you should have a working knowledge of multiple platforms.

                  Responsibilities:
                  • Edit, research and create photo, video & design content
                  • Work directly with photo agencies, stock agencies and video producers to negotiate contracts, fees, and usage rights
                  • Brainstorm and executes photo projects
                  • Monitor web clearances

                    Copy Editor

The Stir.com, CafeMom's popular entertainment and lifestyle site for women, is looking for an experienced Copy Editor to proofread all of our online editorial content. We need a detail-oriented person who can read lots of copy each day (50+ posts), can spot missing and/or misspelled words from a mile away, and has excellent grammar and punctuation skills. The ideal candidate will have that perfect mix of creative and operational -- be able to make sound editorial judgments on copy while also possessing strong organizational skills and a deadline-driven attitude to keep the Internet Content Trains moving. You won't be afraid to speak up when you see a headline that's not optimized or a paragraph that doesn't make sense. Reporting to the Managing Editor, the Copy Editor will keep up on the latest web style guidelines and have a basic understanding of SEO, HTML and technical language.
