This person will be responsible for managing & optimizing numerous RTB/programmatic campaigns as well as identifying & testing new strategies to drive optimal media performance for clients. Position reports directly to Sr. Director of Audience Targeting.
Overall Role & Responsibilities:- Help manage a variety of digital display campaigns via RTB/programmatic buying - implement campaigns into a DSP and QA through flight
- Assist with optimizing campaigns for a variety of success metrics including CTR, CPC, and CPA - seek opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Track, analyze, and update daily reports - help maintain a database of campaign performance and provide Account Managers with regular reporting
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and/or media buying
- Basic/conceptual understanding of real-time bidding and programmatic buying
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel

Overall Role & Responsibilities:- Design, build and optimize scalable user-facing functionality in high traffic, multi-tiered LAMP environment

Skills and Competencies:
- 3+ years experience coding dynamic, database driven websites in PHP
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Good web fundamentals - caching strategies, session/cookie management, MVC, AJAX, cross browser support, etc
- Ability to work in a linux environment
- Knowledge of Smarty, ActionScript 3.0, JQuery/YUI a plus

- General maintenance of static and dynamic site sections
- Site and page development
Skills and Competencies:
- 2+ years experience designing and implementing user interfaces
- Ability to write efficient, handcoded, tableless, cross-browser, HTML and CSS
- Strong ability to analyze a design and efficiently put together beautiful code
- Expertise in HTML, CSS and Photoshop; Javascript, PHP, Smarty, ActionScript and Ajax/JS a bonus
- Rock-solid debugging skills
- Good communication skills
This position involves coordinating, trafficking and optimizing online advertising campaigns running on www.cafemom.com, www.mamaslatinas.com and the CafeMom Plus ad network.
Overall Role & Responsibilities:- Traffic ads using Dart for Publishers (DFP) and Dart Sales Manager (DSM)
- Implement (load and QA) advertising creative
- Communicate with internal Sales, Client Solutions and Account Management teams
- Work with clients' creative departments and rich media vendors
- Assist with management of remnant ad networks
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in using DFP and online ad serving
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, Flash and rich media a plus
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
