I took a pregnancy test just a few hours after sex. I had thought i was pregnant before this but then the tests came up positive and i want to know if the seamen could have a way of effecting the results? I havent been to the doctor yet to confirm i'm pregnant but two positives...thats usually right

  • No. Pregnancy tests ONLY detect the HCG hormone, which is ONLY put out after you are pregnant.

  • Pregnancy tests only check for HCG hormone, which is not in Semen. You were pregnant before your sexual act. Best wishes.

  • There is no such thing as a false positive. The test dectects the Hcg level and your body only produces that hormone when pregnant. So congratulations!!
