  • Children with Down Syndrome sit at different ages, it varies as with all children, although the range in which they are expected to sit is lengthier due to their lower muscle tone. My son started sitting supported by his hands at 6 months and without his hands at 8 months. Is your daughter in an early intervention program? If you want someone to talk to my son is 10 months old, so pretty close to your daughters age =) Feel free to message me!
