I have a huge package of them...they look just like porkchops but I have no clue what to do with them? Any suggestions?

  • Just cook them the way you would pork chops. I don't do the whole 'shake n bake' thing but i've seen them done that way, I usually just put them to bake in the oven, maybe with a little BBQ sauce or even just plain... fried is good too depending on how much fat they have on them... Or if its still warm enough where you live throw em on a grill :)

  • You can cook them just like a pork chop, or with salt & pepper and pan fry them. They can be battered and breaded and deep fried, they can be sliced into strips and used in stir fry, you can put them on a shallow baking dish and pour chicken noodle soup over them and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, put them in the slow cooker with gravy, cook them outside on the grill, cut into pieces and put in stew, the possibilities are endless.

  • I like to marinate them overnight. My favorite way is with lemon, olive oil, Creole seasoning, freshly ground black pepper, sea salt and freshly minced garlic. If you can't marinate overnight, then at least for one hour before cooking. Grilling them is my favorite way to cook them. However, I also like to roast or broil them.
