homemade foot scrub

a little cooking oil with sea salt. Rub on rough places like feet, elbow, knees. i personally like rubbing it all over, then shower with an extra fatty/ soft soap that has moisturizers, as the salt will strip away some natural oils & the dead skin. (NOT ON YOUr FACE -PLEASE!) yep its that easy! NOTE: most all homemade beauty products dont have additives or preservatives so it has to be made & used fresh. Most of these products can NOT be stored.

  • Homemade Strawberry foot scrub

    8-10 strawberries
2 tablespoons Apricot oil (you may substitute with olive oil
1 teaspoon of coarse salt, such as Kosher salt, or Sea Salt

Mix all ingredients into a paste, massage into feet, rinse and pat dry

This foot scrub is a great introduction to application of homemade foot cream or a store bought one for that purpose.
