Oatmeal scrub for those who was asking

buy regular oatmeal. put about 1 cup of long cooking oatmeal into a pair of panty hose & tie off a round ball. put it into your bath water. while you soak so does your oatmeal scrub (YEP, that easy!) it will turn your bath water merky. After soaking for a while, then softly rub your skin with your oatmeal ball. the panty hose helps lift the dead skin cells & the oatmeal reconditions the new skin. follow up with a good moisturizer lotion after bath. I use mine inthe shower just for a refreshing quicky. DO NOT reuse the oatmeal ball, discard & start fresh with each bath. Its also good for summer rashes & insect bites that itch, especially for the kids.

  • Continued......oat meal is pure so you can also make a mask out of it with yogurt. just mix the two together. You can also use just streight oatmeal (not soaked) as a face scrub by itself. mixed with a little water or your favorite face soap. just remember to rub gently, avoid the eye area, of course you already probally know that, right?
