How many mini marshmallows equal one regular sized marshmallow??

I'm making a fudge recipe that calls for a certain number of regular marshmallows, but I only have mini ones. I've messed up a few fudge recipes before and I want this one (supposed to be fool-proof. Well, call me a fool! =P) to WORK!

So how many mini ones should I use for 10 regular sized ones? Does it matter? Should I eyeball it?? Will a few extra or too few be a big deal??? AM I LETTING THIS DRIVE ME CRAZY FOR NO GOOD STINKING REASON???? Actually, I can answer that last one. It's "yes"...

going crazy

  • I would google servings size, then convert that. It's usually x amount of grams per serving, so you can either figure that out or weight it if you have a digital food scale.
