So both of my kids, almost 2 and 4, have had horrible green snotty noses for a week now. We took them to the doctor just in case last week and they said no antibiotics were needed. neither of them is running a fever, they are just "snotty" LOL
i was doing some research online and found sinupret. i was wondering if anyone else has tried this and how did it work for you?

  • I've not used it, but from experience, colds (snotty noses) go away faster if you let them drain. Anything to dry the snot/mucous up makes it take longer to get rid of the virus.

Steam them and run a vaporizer/humidifier. Suction if you have to, or get them to blow their noses....if they need something to help them sleep at night, give them something, but during the day let it run...that's how their body gets rid of the virus....
