  • The computer is my window to the world and to information, shopping, talking with people a distance away. I could live without it, but I prefer not to. Besides the necessities of life- food, shelter, clothing- I'd say my husband and family. Other conveniences that are nice but not necessary for life are the refrigerator and microwave, indoor plumbing, a car, and therefore fuel, my hairdresser, my dentist, paper, books, music, TV.
