How to respond to a job application that asks to describe my strategy for delivering excellent guest service?

To be honest im not good at formulating sentences, or describing why. I been trying to get a job thats close by, few hours because i have 3 kids, a husband and my third im still nursing. i just need extra hours. I have no experience in realty. I been a mom and wife since 2004. Im 28.

I am applying for a family fun center that has Arcades, partys, go karts, mini golf. i choose party server for the job i am wanting. i dont know how to answer the question. Im not good at that. All i know is im nice, i love meeting new people and a good hard worker.

  • I'll ask my mom in the morning and respond again then. She is and has been a Training and Employment Specialist for Worksource for years. She's taught thousands of classes on resumes, applications, job skills and everything related over the years. She's great at it.
I can tell you, you need to highlight your skills. For example, your listening and communications skills. Listening to what your customers needs are and then using your resourcefulness to meet those needs. You can pm with any other questions you have and I'll go over them with my mom if you'd like. She really does have a way with words that can make anyone look good! :)
