  • Most fish you can in moderation. You want to be aware of the mercury level in the fish though.
    However, these ones should be avoided:
    * Shark
    * Swordfish
    * King mackerel
    * Tilefish

    Also prepared fish carries a higher risk of infection, so you want to avoid it too. Like in salads and the like.

  • i agree with mom1stepmom1 also you may have suhi just make sure its cooked! for example the dragon roll is cooked eal! other than that i believe its 10 oz fish per week thats safe

  • Fish, you have to be careful...some are worse than others and you can't eat alot of it, shrimp is fine.
