Who wants to join my 5 days a week work out club?!?!?!?!?!

Yup that is for my new year resolution! I want to lose this 10 pounds I gained during pregnancy. It is harder than I thought to lose this weight due the lack of time I have to work out.

  • Hey girl! I'm totally in! lol I just worked out this morning and had a shower, and boyy does it feel good lol wow you only have 10 pounds to go? I have twenty =( yes twenty. uggh i can't believe I gained so much weight from pregnancy. bummer. lol

  • My program entails 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes light weight lifting, eating healthy like light carbs and more vegetables and less sweets!! Simple enough? I have a gym at home cuz my hubby sales gym equipments.

  • Girl!! Im 5'3 and weight 130 before pregnancy n well I played sports and work out my whole life that is why i weight at 130 and only 5'3. If I weight any less than 130 I look sick!!!!!!!!!! LOL.

  • What are sit-ups considered? I did some cardio today and barely any weight lifting but I did eat healthy. lol should I even bother with these darn situps? Anyway I'm thinking about doing low intensity cardio so I could go longer and burn fat. Hehe I just read about that, I don't want to burn carbs, I want to burn fat! Btw I weigh 137 now and I'm a little under 5'2. ugh.

  • Sit-ups? They are considered cardio in my book!!! LOL. I used to do sit-ups all the time. Now, i dont bother with them until i get back in shape again. If you want to burn fat, do longer cardio!!! Maybe an hour a day 3 to 5 times a week!!! Lifting light weights just make your muscles tone!
