What have you done or heard of how to shed fat off the body?

I know cardio but for some reason I get tired and start to yawn.
The other day I was jogging with my daughter and I started to yawn. Why???

  • I like getting excersing videos and following it. Drink water through out the day. No cafffiene. I was tired at fist then I started drinking water and that has helped me alot. Even going for a walk too.

  • Excercise. Cardio is great, really gets you sweating which burns fat. Also as you become more fit the more fat you will burn. Muscle mass burns more calories than fat does.

  • hmm i dont know why it would make you tired. are you getting enough sleep? i suppose after an intense workout you would be a bit exaughsted but i dont think its any reason to stop exersise is very healthy so just make sure your well rested. hope that helps you
