When did your baby respond to their name?

When I say respond I don't mean say something back... I mean when you say their name they look... and they realize when you say their name you are talking about them. Not just looking because you talked out of no where Lol

  • I just noticed my son responding to his name about 2 weeks ago and he's 6 months old. Now, if I could only get him to crawl.

  • My son started responding to his name at five months. He is now almost six months and just started to say mama it is so cute.

  • I swear my son's doing it now. He's 5 months as of Saturday but he's been doing it for a good 2 weeks or so. If someone says his name he'll turn and look at them like "yes?" lol. It's cute. He doesn't always look when he hears a voice, but he always looks when he hears his name so that's why I think he knows it already! I have always said his name around his a lot though so I guess that could be why!
