What is your favorite song?

Do you have a song that remains a favorite year after year? One that never gets old? One that you belt out every time it comes on the radio?

I like a LOT of songs so this was an exreemly hard question to answer. But Mine would be Butterfly Kisses (cant think of the singer's name right now) But I love that song cause it reminds me of my mother and I before she passed of cancer.

Into the Mystic by Van Morrison-an all time favorite, and mine and hubby's song This Year's Love by David Gray-I have my favorite verse tatooed on my left shoulder. Admittedly, neither of these songs get much airtime. But I play them at home a lot.

A newer favorite is Michael Buble, I think the song is called I Wanna Come Home, or something like that. Also love Damien Rice and Anna Nalick. Love their whole albums.

To the anon at 10:24: The song I Hope You Dance is by Lee Ann Womack.
Casperskitty: The Buble song, it's called Home :) Blake Shelton also recorded it, and I love both versions :) ...and Into the Mystic is a great song!!! :)

I couldn't chose a favorite. There are songs that have stuck with me throughout my life. I listen to music every day, and it's a mix of old and new. A couple at the top of my head right now:
Anyway by Martina McBride (awesome lyrics!)
You're Gonna Miss This by Trace Adkins (especially relatable for me right now with my daughter!)
Lonesome, Orn'ry and Mean by Waylon Jennings
You Gave Me a Mountain by Elvis Presley
Whiter Shade of Pale by Procol Harum
Tell it Like it Is by Aaron Neville
The Ride by David Allen Coe (but I love the Tim McGraw version too)
and maybe the best one: Ain't No Way by Aretha Franklin
