  • There should be an expiration date on it somewhere.

  • I think all bottles of sunscreen have an expiration date on them. Personally I will use expired sunscreen on me but buy new every year for my boys.

  • I buy a new one every year! I don't trust it once it has sat all winter long!

  • Sunscreen is less effective after a year.

  • I also heard that you should not leave it out in the sun beacuse it breaks down the sunscreen and causes it to become less effective
