  • Try putting ketchup with her table foods, they get a kick out of dipping it and it tastes good. It's messy but it gets 'em to eat their green beans!

  • Then feed her second foods along with offering table food. She will come around eventually. Don't give up. My girls will turn there heads and hold their mouth shut when they don't want to eat something. I will leave it on their high chair tray and feed them something they like. While they are waiting for their turn for me to feed them a bite, they will usually pick up what ever it is and eventually try it, and sometimes like and eat it.

  • just wait till she's ready .. maybe put some cereal in some peaches to thicken it up to get her ready for new textures and thicker food...also try some "baby mum-mum's" at walmart (baby aisle) and see if she'll eat on those...my son had those first and then went on to table food

  • Be patient, she won't eat baby food forever even if it seems that way. Keep offering table foods, even if she doesn't eat them. Eventually she'll try them out, and learn to love them! Try giving her different kinds of table foods until you find something she likes.

  • From my recent experience, I find that my 11 month old eats table food best from my plate when I am eating. She wants to do what she sees me doing so if she sees me eating chicken she wants chicken too. Don't expect them to eat much initially but feed until they turn away, don't force them.
