My daughter is going to be 6 months old on the 10th of this month and she just cut her first tooth last Sunday. Since the day before that she hasn't been sleeping nearly half as much as she used to. Is there anything we can do to get her back on track?

She used to sleep about 12 hours at night and anywhere between 2 and 3 hours in naps a day. Now she sleeps for about the same at night, and maybe an hour during the day.

  • Is she fussy? She probably doesn't need that much sleep anymore. I wouldnt worry, if she is tired she will sleep

  • Kids are very smart about getting the rest they need. She will get back on track on her own.
