I'm trying to find a good recipe-

Does anyone know of a good recipe using those small red potatoes with the very thin peel? Maybe not to complicated but tasty just the same.

  • With those i just boil them drane them put in an baking dish put butter on them and shredded cheese put them in the oven just till the cheese melts and serve w sour cream,chives, bacon whatever thing you like on your baked pots idk this is what i do...

  • Make garlicred potatoes..super easy too.. 2 pounds red potatoes, cut them into quarters..1/4 cup butter, melted...2 teaspoons minced garlic....1 teaspoon salt...1 lemon, juiced....1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese... preheat oven to 350 degrees...pop the potatoes in an 8x8 inch baking dish....In a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice; pour over potatoes and stir or kindatoss to coat. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes....Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Cut them in quarters, and mix them with some olive oil and chopped fresh rosemary then bake. They're delicious.

  • Cut into quarters, pour melted butter over them, Sprinkle some Mrs. Dash on them bake at 350 till med. soft and browning. There great that way. Also if you don't like alot of spice just put butter, pepper, and salt instead of the Mrs. Dash.

  • Small, thin skinned potatoes are perfect for roasting. Cut the potatoes in halves or quarters, depending on the size. Toss with olive oil, kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and the seasoning of your choice ( I like rosemary and thyme). Spread out on a baking sheet and put in a 425*f oven for about 20-25 minutes or until deep golden brown on the outside and tender all the way though. Serve as is, or for a more decadent taste, combine a flavored avocado or olive oil (I like meyer lemon or toasted onion avocado oil for this) with fresh chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt & pepper and drizzle over.

  • Yum! Red potatoes were on sale this week at our grocery store so I picked up two bags. Thanks for all the recipe tips!! :-) I like to make red skin mashed potatoes with garlic and butter. They taste a lot like Red Lobster's mashed potatoes. But I'm going to try some of these other recipes too!
