  • The location of cache is your hard drive. So I would say hard drive.

  • This sounds like a sentence that would be answered practically word for word in a textbook. Is this for a class?

I was going to say A) cache, but not 100% sure.

  • What comfycouch said. Your cache is in your hard drive, so it's kind of a trick question.

  • The answer is A - cache memory without a doubt!

You have to think about the question in its entirety.

Cache memory is like super RAM (temporary storage). A hard drive is permanent storage. To access data quickly, cache is used to temporarily store the data without the formal process of downloading to a hard drive. When you go to clear your History of internet sites looked at, it will ask if you want to clear the cookies and the cache for this reason.
