At room temperature? In the fridge? In the freezer?

  • room temp I wont use it after it's an hour old, fridge 2-4 days, regular freezer6-8 months, and a deep freezer 1 year.

  • when i had my baby they said at room tep its good for 5 hrs in the fidge 24 hrs fridge freezer 3 months deep freez 6 months

  • room temp. 24 hours (freshly pumped) fridge 8 days and freezer 6 months.
