How do I know if my son is teething

First time mom I don't know what it'll look like or what to look for.

  • There may be a slight fever accompanied by diarhhea. His gums will be swollen and you may notice a white color to his gums. He also may not have much of an appetite and not sleep well at all.

  • Feel his gums with a clean finger. The gums will be hard and swollen. He may run a fever and be cranky. Most babies salivate more often.

  • Swollen gums, drooling, sucking on fingers and other hard objects, moody, waking at night crying or whines more than usual
