How can i ease my morning sickness? im 6 weeks and going crazy! i cant eat a thing

  • Ginger Ale, Lemon, or just squeezing lemon into your water, crackers, anything that isnt really starchy, light protei, don't eat really heavy meals. Just eat small frequent meals, drink plenty of fluids! You will get through it! I'm having the same problem right now... it's been an all day thing.. and I can barely eat also! Try even just eating a bowl of cereal to and make it stop!! Hope this works! Best of luck!

  • Eat very small "snacks" every couple hours (or closer). Drink gatorade or sprite (sprite will settle your tummy and gatorade helps restore electrolytes and eases nausea). If your blood sugar drops the nausea will get worse. I found that if mine dropped I had a hard time getting back on top of it.

  • try taking a 50mg vitamin B6 in the mornings and taking ginger tablets. not much you can do sometimes nothing works good luck. try eating peppermint to

  • There are these candies called "Preggie Pops" I've seen them sold at Babies R Us and online as well that help relieve moring sickness/nausea, but if you'd rather go the cheaper way sucking on Jolly Ranchers works just as well! Also, saltines and Gatorade were my best friends the first 2 months... but it will pass, it's just rough the first couple months!
