My daughter is 7 1/2 months old and I am not sure how much food I should feed her.

She is on stage 1 food now and I am not sure when to start her on stage 2. My pediatrician says I started feeding her to early. So he is no help. I just want to make sure she is getting enough to eat.

  • when did you start her on stage 1, stage 2 usually start around 8 months so i would go ahead and start feeding her stage 2. you'll know when she's had enough cause she would stop opening her mouth. at least that's what my daughter did. each child is different...

  • Stomachs are the size of your fists so she be eating a meal about the size of her fists. I would try stage 2 as well.
