Still Confused!!

I had a court hearing this week and while i was in the hearing they didnt mention anything about vistitation for my child's father. The judge said that they would send my paperwork and everything but my question is will my child's father have to take me back to court for vistitation or will everything including vistitation be in the paperwork they send me?

  • normally everything will be in the paper work that is sent. the best thing to do is get with your lawyer to make sure. do not sign anything unless you understand.
