  • The BRAT diet- bananas, rice (including rice baby cereal), applesauce, toast not a cure per se but helps bind I think, I just remember the DR always saying that when DS was little.

  • As goalie said, the BRAT diet (although SOMETIMES Banana's can actually cause the runs so it just depends.)
    IF its a virus, your pediatrician will tell you to let it run it's course.

  • Anything that will help solidify the stool. Yes, the BRAT diet works-also anything starchy helps too. Bread, potatoes, etc.
