  • i had contractions every 15 minutes for the last 2 or 3 months of my pregnancy. Practice breathing techniques. It helped me alot once i acctually went into labor. Not much longer hang in there!!

  • With my last child, who is 14 mo., I was having contractions five min. apart for close to a month, & was dilated to 4 the whole time as well. I was miserable. I have 4 kids & w/ each one my water had to be broke. I would just reach a point & be basically be "stuck" there until the dr. decided to admit me. Good Luck!

  • If they are regular then it is probably not braxton hicks.
