  • There is a way that targets that particular area, but you also should make sure to eat right and exercise regularly, (do I sound like a commercial or what?) Sit on a bench or your counter or table. Lean back on your hands so your arms are at a right angle. Lift your knees up towards your chest.

  • I do a healthy diet... and i work out on a excersise ball every morning for about 30 mins while my daughter plays in her saucer thingy... and its been eerrrmmm.. 4 or 5 months and i've lost 15lbs. *shrugs* might be somthing to look in to...
