When is the best time to go back to work after haveing a baby?

My daughter is 11 months old now

    Naa, that's just me --- BUT... if I DID want to go back to work, I (again, just me personally) would go back part-time once my little one was in preschool & then full-time once he was in school. If you're just getting cabin fever, you could take on a part-time job or do volunteer work @ night or on weekends when your SO is home.

    I wouldn't put my child in daycare.

  • I went back to work at 6 weeks part time then full time at 8 weeks. Dd started day care at 8 weeks. It's worked out great.

  • For me... Never. My kids are 30 months and 16 months. I do miss the adult time but I'm glad I can be home with them. I have a full time income from my home business so I don't need to worry about that either.

  • If u can afford to stay at home with your little ones I think that is wonderful there is nothing better than haveing mama.

  • My daughter is 9mos and I am still not back to work. I am thinking of studying again and working part-time in June.
