I hAtE calling cust service

I am about to lose it! Have spent the past hour TRYING to pay our gas bill. Freaking automated voice thing hears my kids talking or yelling and goes all nuts on me, so I can't pay it. I miss the push button types; not all of us are in a sterile sound proof room! Have you ever had problems with the "Say yes now" auto things? Anyway they will be calling me back in a half hour (I'm on hold yay)

  • >=( they charge nearly ten bucks for the luxury of paying online. same if a cust service rep handles it for you. I'm going to ask them if they'll not charge us, since the machine kept glitching out thanks to tiny loud voices lol
