IS it safe to have sex at 36 weeks?

  • Sex is safe ANYTIME throughout pregnancy as long as it's not a high risk pregnancy, or on pelvic rest, have pain or contractions afterwards or have bleeding after sex. GL, it does get uncomfortable though

  • long as your Dr says so...

    Sex actually started my labor with my first....the sperm can soften the cervix and start labor.

  • Unless your doctor tells you others, yes, it is. You may experience some contractions afterwards as well as some spotting, but as long as both go away, you're absolutely fine! Have fun!

  • Yeppers although it is awkward and not always that much fun! No matter how hard I tried I could never orgasm when I was that far along.
