  • My baby is 3 weeks old and I've found that for alot of the time we have her in pajamas...sleep sacks...that kind of stuff. There are alot of cutesey outfits, but right now, esp. with it being December (and I'm from Buffalo...lots of snow..) pjs are just easier seeing that I don't bring her out too much right now. Good luck with your pregnancy and your baby :)

  • Depends on what type of parenting you're going to be doing. :)
20 wash cloths - they act as wipes!
cloth diapers or Seventh Generation/Nature's Baby (compostable)
One of those blue suction bulb things for their nose
    20 onsies
    Couple of sleepers
    Couple of outfits
Blanket (could just use one you already have laying around the house)
    2 Hats
    Socks

  • As someone else said they grow fast so get some 0-3 month clothes as well as the newborn clothes. some pacifiers are good, if you're planning on going back to work get a good breast pump.

  • You know what I loved for my dd, was the nightgowns . . . since when they are newborns they are CONSTANTLY needing a diaper change, it made life so much easier . . . no buttons or snaps!!!
