My almost 4 year old says everything opposite. If I say it is the sun he says it's the moon. I say red he'll say blue. Boy=girl... Is this normal? blue

  • I'm with Imogine - have fun with it. See what all the opposites he knows! Also, with Anon - find a creative way to combat it. Just have fun with it instead of showing him that it bothers you. :)

  • It's probably a game. You could start doing it and see what he does. Next time you see a dog, tell him it's a cat. I bet you will be surprised by the answer you get.

  • Yup totally normal- my son does that sometimes to act silly- he knows the right answer but thinks it is funny. I agree with spiritguide- answer the opposite yourself and see what happens!
