What can help with nausea?

My prenatal vitamins are making me sick to my stomach...I will try taking at night to see if that helps, but any other suggestions with maybe what type of food or drink I should take them with?

  • Ask your doc if they can suggest a different prenatal viatmin. One of the components in the pills could be too much for you. Or you may have a sensitivity to them. Anyway, you could also try Preggie Pop Drops from Babies-r-us. Or even the ginger altoids they now sell as candy.
