Can I get in trouble?

I recently got married.
I still have insurance through the state with my old last name.
am i still covered? or will i get in trouble if i try to go to the dr?

  • If you are no longer qualified for the program and you use the benefits, you could be asked to repay the full amount and dropped.

  • It's considered fraud if you don't call and report your changes. You may not qualify if they count your husband's income.

  • I have had a different last name for nearly three years and it wasnt til last month that I changed it through the insurance company..........I tried to change but they never followed through-I told them time and time again to change it-so, it depends-I would be honest with them...........
