What can I put on my sons rub burn and blister to help it?

He's six months old and his daddy put a pair of socks on him that were too tight around the ankle and now he has a rub burn and a blister from where the top of the sock rubbed it. I feel so bad for him.

  • Aw poor little one. I'd say apply some anti-bacterial ointment on the area from time to time to lubricate and keep infection away. Don't pop the blister. If you notice signs of infection- red, swelling, hot, get it treated right away.

  • The best thing i have found for burns of any kind for all ages is Bag Balm. you can find it at any store. And it works for cuts and stings as well.
