What is the best workout to start at son is 2 mos. My tummy and dupa need it the most!!

  • What the hell's a dupa? I would suggest sit ups while your son is playing on the floor.

  • pilates for the abs. it really works out the abs... also, Gilad on fit tv is the best - hes only 30 min a day. i did it once a day for 2 weeks and lost 7 pounds
