  • My mom used to put honey on my pacifier, but they say now to not give to young kids (under two I think).

  • Raw honey has a bacteria that has been said to be unhealthy for children under 1 year old. Honey has B vit. which for some gives energy. I suppose it might work to help relax.

  • Well you shouldnt really give a child honey until they are 1. There bodies cannot process it properly and it can make them very ill. Here is a really really good article on your question: Honey and Insomnia Cure Sleep Disorders~

  • As stated before honey is not for very young children.
I have used honey with my son and it does work, I give him about a teaspoon half an hour before bed time.
