  • Use one of those Boppy pillows. It really helped DD.

  • How old is he? That will have a lot to do with it.

Kaylee sat un-supported at 6 months, but did not bring herself to a sitting position until 7 months.

But like all things with a baby, they are all different.

  • My daughter sat up unsupported at like 4.5 months, she couldn't sit herself up for a while though.. I used our boppy to get her started, she would sit with that as support and loved it. I would move the boppy slowly after a while to see how she would respond. :)

  • I really liked using one of those bumbo chairs. They also work great when I would go to other people houses and I needed to feed her.

  • Yeah I also used the bumbo chair. It is such a life saver too! They now make them with an attachable tray!! Such a good investment!!

  • Boppy and the Bumbo. Even after she could sit up on her own we would still use the Boppy. Once they start interacting with their world from a sitting positon, they understand why they should want to sit up that way.
