How do you get through your anniversary after seperation?

  • Make it a day for something else. Maybe have an annual girls night on that night or try a day of pampering at the spa. Start a new tradition to block out the old one. Good Luck.

  • My anniversary came and went before I realized the date of my anniversary had passed. For you, maybe time will help you get over it. Stay strong, don't let it get to you.

  • i twill not always hurt so bad.Sorround yourself w/people who love you and know the day will be hard.If you have to have that day to grieve,let them know you need that.Or like pp said-start a new fun tradition just for you...you may end up having a great day.Hang in there and I'm sorry.
