  • Remember there are about 20 teeth that need to come in. Just because two have popped out already doesn't mean they stop immediately. They say that if an adult had to go through teething they couldn't handle the pain. :o( You can try Motrin, frozen wash cloths or bagels, and popsciles. Good luck!

  • GL on this one...my son is getting his 5th and 6th teeth in and it is BY FAR the worse. It's been going on for almost 3 week(the screaming, whineing, crying, no sleeping)....i give him ice cold water, icecubes(that i hold), teethers, oragel, and tylenol.....i just have to remember to breathe and step away for a few minutes when it gets too overwhelming

  • I have always used the  popsicles that come like liquid and you freeze at home.  Stick them in the fridge instead, so they're not too cold, and let them chew on those.  If they should poke a hole in it, it's only koolaid.  It worked for mine every time! (They seem to be amazed by the color too) Anything's worth a try when you just want them to feel better.

  • Try Hylands teething tabs. They are 100% natural and can be used with pain relievers. They have a calming effect and work really well.
