she gets this a lot, but lately it has been were her belly hurts so bad she is crying. I don't know when she went last she just told dh last night that she hasn't gone and can't go. I tried apple juice and all she drinks is water. With sometimes koolaid or tea, but it is usually water I ill only make koolaid once in a while

Miralax you can buy it at the Drug Store. It is just a stool softener & causes no cramping. I use it for my Son occasionally. It was recommended by his Pediatrician.

I bought regular Miralax for my Son who is 4. I give him a little less than 1/2 a cap full. It does not give him diarrhea. It just softens the stool & makes it easier to go. I also give him a cup of Apple Juice every day.
