  • hya iue had pcos 6 years an recintly had ovairing drilling to have them removed

  • The eggs do not release from the ovary. They fill with liquid, thus creating a cyst. Generally the hormone needed to allow the eggs to mature is not created. Other hormones then overporduce to make up for it, causing weight gain (not in all cases) in the tummy area, male pattern hair growth (face, tummy, nipples), periods may only happen every few months or not at all for years, etc. Webmd might be able to give you more information.
