  • What do you mean what should you do? Make sure that the baby can't get into anything that they shouldn't be, and let baby run!

  • Check the childproofing in your house. Cover all electrical outlets, lock all cabinet doors, no chemical sitting out, even if you think the child can't reach them- they will. Nothing sitting around that would bother you if it were broken, no sharp corners that baby can fall into, no cords in sight, locks or bolts on all doors that the baby shouldn't open. Sometime I did and I haven't seen done so I don't know how acceptable it is, I put jingle bells on one or both of the baby's shoes. This way I always knew where they were.

  • honey, its not a problem, lol.

My daughter at 7 months old was walking around the coffee table, and now at 8 months will momentarily (about 5 seconds or so) let go of the table and stand on her own, so i suspect she will be walking around 9 or 10 months.

There is really nothing you can do about it....enjoy it and have fun!

  • My oldest and youngest walked at 9 mos. My twins walked to 11 mos. Just babyproof and enjoy.

  • According to your profile he's 9 months old. Okay...everything should have been babyproofed already, so double check everything and go up about 2 more feet to be sure he can't get into anything.

I'm still not understanding the "problem" you're having. Could you clarify?

Mine walked at 10 months, 9 months and 11 months (10 adjusted) and I mean "across the room, I'm outta here" walking.
