Do you ever wonder why...

So, "Facts" are little pieces of information that are proven to be true in every way.

My question is.

If this is true, why are medical facts changed every day?

  • This is hard to answer without making things sound more confusing. But think like this; my DD is 3 years old and that's a fact but in a year she will be 4. Therefore that fact will have to change. Does that make any sense?

  • medical facts change every now & then becoz new researches are being conducted everyday proving previous "little facts" wrong or adding more twists to the already founded facts.

  • The third Anon makes a valid point.
Besides, facts and theories are a part of science. When something new is discovered, then the fact, as we knew it, changes or becomes modified. It's not that the fact was incorrect, it's that the fact has evolved with new information.
