Good ovulation, good fertilization of the egg, proper implantation, and good hormone levels to keep the fetus going is simply the way. So, make sure you are ovulating by doing a fert. monitor urine test. follow instructions to a tee. Have sex the next 3 days after the positive result. Take your prenatal vitamin, don't over exercise(this interferes with good ovulation), just do all you can to keep your body in a healthy state-lots of fluids, rest, etc. there are certain foods that are supposed to increase fertility, but i know the most unhealthy women in the world can concieve a child. Make sure byour body fat is right. Too little fat will cause you to silently not ovulate, too much fat can cause insulin issues, which in turn cause ovulatory problems. Hubby should also be on a multivitamin-this will make him extra healthy which insures a good sperm count. I wish you the best!
