How do I get rid of dry and ashy armpits?

since winter time my armpits started getting dry and itchy and I figured it was due to the winter, but summer is almost over and I still have it! and now it's even worse because they've turned darker on me!!! please help me!!

  • Have you tried different deoderants?
    You can pat them down with a cool wet cloth and rub some lotion on it till it heals up.

  • OK go with what annonymous said. They make deoderant with moisterizer in them and if that doesn't work then have you tried lotion? This si what I useon my duaghter who is mixed. it keeps her from getting ashy on the elbows and knees.

  • ok, I've tried Secret, Dove, even arm & Hammer, and Degree, and nothing has changed, this has been over the course of 7 months, coconut oil never tried but I sure will, and I've also tried lotion. thanks mamas for your advise, I will try the oil! thank you very much!

  • It takes alittle while for lotion to work if it is bad. Kepp putting lotion on at least twice a day for about a week. Also see if you have hard water if so that could be the porblem. So soryy you have this problem, I know it is embarrasing as heck!
