  • I HAVE FOUND IF U RUN ITS THE BEST THEN COME HOME AND DO A LITTLE DANCING WITH IN A MONTH YOU WILL REALIZE THAT YOUR THIGHS ARE SMALLER AND YOUR SIDES ARE MORE TONNED THIS WORKED BEST FOR ME
