how to control lupus i need help?

i cant find a resenoble answer online i need expert help?

  • Have you met with a rheumotologist to discuss what options you have ? I think your best bet would to be find one who really focuses on lupus. This way they can go over any new medications, treatments etc...If your current doctor is not giving you enough info, then find a new one. Find someone who is willing to listen because keeping lupus under control is key.

  • I don't think you can control it. I think the best thing to learn is to manage it. During times of flares I listen to my body and rest as much as possible.
