  • Ours was around 750. I would say that it would need to be around 700 and have a stable job.

  • usually it has to be at least a 600 for a good loan, mine was 710 and i had no problems with are loan

  • Depends on a lot of things...if there are compensating factors, loan to value, and type of loan.

  • I don't remember exactly but the higher your score the better chance you have of getting a lower interest rate. Which can save you tons annually. And over the life of the loan.
